Research Interests
Dr. Banich’s professional interests are cognitive neuroscience and human neuropsychology. Her research uses functional magnetic responance imaging (fMRI) to examine the brain processes involved in attentional and executive control in both neurologically-intact and clinical populations in individuals ranging from adolescents to adulthood. She has published many research papers as well as a leading textbook in the field.
