Title: Intervention to Reduce Injection Drug Use
The goal of this study is to assess the relative effectiveness of three intervention strategies in reducing HIV-related risk behavior and facilitating entrance into substance abuse treatment.

Title: Interventions with HIV+ and HIV- IDUs in Ukraine
This study is designed to assess the relative effectiveness of HIV testing and counseling alone compared to testing and counseling combined with street outreach interventions in reducing HIV-related risk behaviors. The project will take place in three Ukraine citing, Kiev, Odessa and Makeevka/Donetsk.
