Entry-level Admissions: Online Application

The application filing period for the Class of 2013 is now closed.

Applicants for the Class of 2014, must submit their application through the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS). The UCD-AMC supplemental application will be available in summer of 2010, and must be submitted by November 1, 2010.
