Admissions: Online Application

Welcome to the University of Colorado Denver, Physical Therapy Program application for admission to the next incoming entry-level class, beginning in June 2009.

The application for admission to this next incoming class, will be posted and available here, beginning August 1, 2008. All applicants will submit their application through the NEW Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS).

The application and all required materials will be due on November 14, 2008. Additional instructions about the common application, and our supplemental application, will be available on our website and at www.ptcas.org. Check back soon for more details!

We also offer an Early Decision Option. This opportunity is provided to the most qualified applicants who are committed to attending the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program. Applicants who wish to apply for the Early Decision Option must submit a complete application packet (PTCAS and Program supplemental application) by October 1st, 2008.
