Looking for coverage for my vacation time June 26th and will be back in the clinic on Mon July 14th. The coverage would be as follows and by appointment so the therapist could make adjustments to the schedule: Fri June 27th 7am-Noon. Mon June 30 through Fri July 11th. A typical schedule that I make available is M W 7am-5:30pm, T TH 9am-6pm and Fri 7am-Noon. I may also have an Aide available for some of those busier hours on T and TH afternoons otherwise the PT can handle it on their own. It would be a subcontractor rate for treatment and paperwork hours for $45/hour and they would have to hold a Colorado license. I would also pay $25/hour to show the PT around the clinic and get acquainted with the small facility.

PT needed for large facility with a nineteen acre campus and 30,000 sq. ft. of modern and efficient treatment space, including an Indoor Junior-Olympic heated pool and spa for exercise and treatment. Setting is Early Childhood Interventionand Outpatient. Once a child enters the program they tend to stay until they age out, so there is considerable variety of medical diagnoses such as Down Syndrome and chromosomal abnormalities. Mostly general developmental delays which may be undiagnosed because they are so young or a result of prematurity. Also children with atypical oral motor and feeding problems and atypical behavior such as those on the PDD spectrum. Length of stay is dependent on the needs of the child and at what age they were referred. Children with lifelong disabilities will stay until age three. Other children with mild delays are discharged once they are evaluated and shown to be demonstrating skills at age level.We perform a full range of PT/OT/SLP work, except we do little spinal work and almost no closed head injuries. We would likely also use a percentage of this staff in our Pediatric Outpatient program, a more traditional outpatient program. Length of stay there is 6-8 months, typically 1-2 times weekly. Starting salary is negotiable but a PT would be somewhere near $60,000 annually. Salary is higher for an experienced PT. Sign-on is negotiable. Relocation assistance between $2,000 and $4,000 There is alsoTuition Reimbursement available.
