Radiological Sciences
Introduction
The Division of Radiological Sciences provides a home for the
non clinical faculty members in the Department of Radiology.
Research in the division covers a wide range of interests,
including cellular and radiation biology, radiopharmeceutics,
image formation, quality and processing and radiation policy.
The division supplies medical physics and radiation safety
services for the University of Colorado Hospital’s many clinics,
departments and divisions that utilize x-ray, MRI, nuclear
and ultrasound imaging. The division also provides the physics
instruction for residents and technologists and provides collaborative
support for clinical research within and beyond the department.
