Web Services Instructions
Go to www.uchsc.edu/registrar
• Click on Web Registration and Records.
• Enter your student ID number (9-digits long; usually begins with “8”)
• Enter your 4-character Personal Identification Number (PIN).
• If you know one but not both of these #s, you may click on the appropriate link on the left hand side of the screen to have it emailed to your student account.
• If you do not know either number, call the Registrar’s Office at 303-315-7676.
• After this screen (Student Sign-on Page) the menus are at the bottom of the screen and you must use the “submit” button rather than using the “enter” key. The choices are listed below.
Registration
• (Register) – follow the prompts to begin registration. Click Main Campus or Extended Studies (Pharm. D., Dental International, DPTT, Orthodontics, etc.), Spring Semester, Submit. Then enter the Call # of the courses you are selecting - not the course numbers - and submit.• If course is a variable credit course, you will be prompted to put in the number of credit hours. Enter the hours and again use “submit”.
• Review (Student Schedule) to verify registration
Records
• (Student Schedule) - review schedule• (Final Grades) - check on final grades 7-10 days after the end of the term
• (Transcripts) –
• print an unofficial transcript (no name or social security number will appear) or
• Order online an official transcript
Address/PIN
• (Student address) -change addresses• (E-mail Address) - check on email address and
• (Change PIN) - change Personal Identification Number
• (Exam-ID, Residency Status, Current Class, College, Major)
Account balance
• Provides the balance only of a student’s account.• Exit
