Research Interests:
Perinatal epidemiology. Dr. Lynch recently completed studies on pregnancy outcomes among women with multiple gestations. Her focus now is to investigate the contribution of complement activation to pregnancy loss, preeclampsia and other adverse pregnancy outcomes.
