PB (Phosphate Buffer) Stock
106.5 grams dibasic sodium phosphate (anhydrous)
34.5 grams monobasic sodium phosphate (anhydrous)
Add the above to 1800mL distilled water. Bring the final volume to 2L. When the salts have gone into solution, adjust the pH with sodium hydroxide to between 7.2-7.4
This stock is kept at room temperature and is good for several weeks.
292.2 grams NaCl
Add the above to 800mL distilled water. Bring final volume to 1L. Let stir thoroughly until salt has completely dissolved. This stock is kept at room temperature and is good for several weeks.

200mL 0.5M PB stock final PB concentration: 0.1M
30mL 5M NaCl stock final NaCl concentration: 150mM
770mL distilled water
1L PBS for immuno washes
