The following files contain some of the regularly used protocols from our lab. They are taken from the protocol archive maintained by Jennell Barrows. Unless otherwise indicated, Karl Anderson is the author of each protocol.
We have placed these protocols on the web so that others may get a sense of what we do in our laboratory. Although we have tried to be precise in describing the steps we take in each protocol, these have been developed for our own personal reference and undoubtedly contain unwritten steps or guidelines that we just "know" about in the lab. Therefore, before performing any of these protocols, we strongly recommend that you contact Jennell to check on specifics and/or tricks of the technique.Contacting us will also ensure that you get the most recent version of our protocols.
