You are required by University policy to complete the Blood-Borne Pathogens Training for Research course annually if you collect or work with or are otherwise occupationally exposed to human blood, bodily fluids, tissues, organs, and/or cell cultures (to include human cancer cell lines) or related materials (to include receiving, shipping or cataloging of specimens). If you ship or directly supervise someone who ships such materials, then you must also complete the Shipping Biological Materials course every two years.
If you have clinical priveleges at University of Colorado Hospital, please continue to use the HealthStream web site to access all training requirements for UCH credentialing. You may also access it through the UCH Physician Portal web site.
If you have completed UCH training and have questions or concerns please direct them to Therese.Stinnett@ucdenver.edu
