Training Programs
Before You Begin:
To register for classes or take any online versions of courses, you will need your Employee or Temporary Employee ID Number.
1) For paid employees the Employee ID number is the six-digit number on your monthly Pay Statement. You can also obtain it from your department or division administrator.
2) If you are a non-employee (visiting professor, UPI employee or volunteer) ask your administrator to obtain a Non-Employee ID Number by completing the "Non-employee Data Worksheet" in PeopleSoft HRMS-version 8.3.
Biosafety Training

You are required by University policy to complete this training if you collect or work with or are otherwise occupationally exposed to human blood, bodily fluids, tissues, organs, and/or cell cultures (to include human cancer cell lines) or related materials (to include receiving, shipping or cataloging of specimens).
This course does not satisfy UCH training requirements for physicians. It only applies to those faculty, staff, students and employees conducting research at UCDHSC. If you have completed UCH training and have questions or concerns please direct them to therese.stinnett@uchsc.edu

Online Hazardous Materials and Waste Management-CU Health Sciences Center Course (Use for either your initial or refresher course) Please be aware that you must use your CU employee number for both the USER NAME and the PASSWORD to be able to log into Blackboard. Click on and read the "Instructions to Enroll." Then login and enroll in the “Hazardous Materials & Waste Management - CU Health Sciences Center Course," and not the CU-Denver course.
