| EXECUTIVE | Among other duties, make revisions to Bylaws as needed. | Mary Mauck, chair |
| STAFF APPRECIATION | This committee shall solicit nominations for the Employee-of-the-Month Award. The committee will select the person and then report their selection to Staff Council. Notification shall be made to the news Media. This committee is also responsible for soliciting nominations for other CU and statewide awards. | Lisa Province, chair |
| LEGISLATIVE | At least one member of this committee shall meet with the Lobbyist for UCD on a regular basis and report at regular Staff Council meetings. Members of this committee need to keep informed on legislative matters, bills and any other personnel issues. | Mary Ulibarri, chair |
