Study Drugs
For subjects in all study arms, diphtheria/tetanus toxoid vaccine (Decavac) will be administered on day 0. Combined hepatitis A and hepatitis B vaccine (Twinrix) will be administered on days 0, 7, and 21 (accelerated vaccination protocol).

Eligibility Criteria

Subjects who are hepatitis A antibody negative, hepatitis B surface antibody negative, hepatitis B surface antigen negative, and tetanus antibody positive will be eligible. Subjects will be divided into the following arms based on their HCV/HIV-1 status.
