Arm A: Co-formulated tenofovir/emtricitabine 1 tablet once daily +
co-formulated lopinavir/ritonavir 2 tablets BID for 12 weeks followed by treatment
interruption if CD4 >=450.
Arm B: Treatment interruption
If CD4 <350 on 2 separate, consecutive measurements during teatment interruption,
ARVs will be resumed.
Eligibility Criteria
CD4 >=500, HIV RNA open, acute or recent infection
