Visitor Information
The Conference will be held October 17-19, 2002
at the Keystone Resort and Conference Center in Keystone, Colorado USA. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Keystone has a mild and arid climate. However, 300 inches of snow fall on average, and the sun shines 300 days of the year on this alpine village. The average daily high temperature during October is 56ŠF, with the average daily low temperature being 20ŠF. Come Fall, there's always a chance for light snow. The Colorado Rocky Mountains tend to have constantly changing weather, so be prepared for anything.

Hotel Information
Conference participants are responsible for reserving and paying for their own rooms. A block of rooms have been put hold at Keystone Resort. Space is limited. Information for rooms and rates are as follows:

All room rates are subject to a 4.7% surcharge, plus prevailing State and Local taxes. (Currently, a combined total of 10.62% as of January 1, 2002.) Rates are guaranteed through 8/31/02.

For reservations, please call Keystone directly at 800.258.0437 and refer to Group Code CS1CCHS. Keystone will provide one complimentary Mountain Passport per registered guest. Past Fall activities have included bike rental, yoga, tennis, winetasting, guided hikes, historical tours, and fitness center access.

Travel to Keystone
Located near the geographic center of the United States, Denver International Airport currently boasts over 1,200 daily arrivals and departures. Denver International Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hours from Keystone. Ground transportation is available through Resort Express, for $42.00 per person each way. This local van, charter bus and limousine company provides convenient and frequent service between Denver International Airport and Keystone Resort. Call 970-468-7600 to schedule. Major car rental companies are also located at the airport.

Once in Keystone, guests can be transferred between the conference facilities, lodging accommodations, restaurants and recreational activities via Keystone’s own comprehensive, complimentary transportation network.
