LAY SUMMARY OF RESEARCH OBJECTIVES:
My laboratory is focused on mechanisms involved in producing and reversing
myocardial failure, at both the basic and clinical levels. My work is focused on
the adrenergic nervous system and how its relationship to other signaling
systems modifies signal transduction, myocardial function and structure, and
gene expression.
