As Director of the Center for Human Nutrition at the University of Colorado , Dr. Hill has spent the past few years translating the science of weight management into simple programs that work in the community. He developed The Colorado Weigh, formal behavior weight management programs involving weekly group meetings. He also co-developed America on the Move, public health programs that use step counters to increase lifestyle physical activity in order to prevent weight gain. These programs give you, in simple terms, the basics of weight management and show you how you can make simple changes in your lifestyle that dramatically change your body weight.
