Erin Meyerhoff, RN, Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Diabetes Educator, Instructor of Medicine

Erin Meyerhoff earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Rochester in NY. She completed her Master's preparation as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. In her nursing career, she worked in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and then as a diabetes educator and insulin pump trainer. Erin works clinically with patients with thyroid disorders and diabetes. She is especially skilled in the treatment and management of Type 1 diabetes with intensive injection regimens and insulin pump therapy.
