Stout Street Clinic

Students volunteer every Saturday, providing comprehensive healthcare to homeless and economically disadvantaged population is Denver; medical students participate in the operation and management of the health care facility. The clinic's mission is to work collaboratively toward the prevention and elimination of homelessness through education, advocacy, and improved services for the homeless. Medical students of all levels volunteer their time to familiarize themselves with healthcare needs of homeless families and individuals and acquaint themselves with community resources available to assist the homeless. Physical therapy students and faculty also volunteer their time at the clinic evaluating and treating patients.
