Julie Henderson is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She received her MSN in 2002 from the University of Northern Colorado. After working in family practice for two and one half years, she joined the Burn Surgery Service at UCH in Nov. 2004. Julie was an ICU RN for fifteen years before returning to graduate school to complete the family nurse practitioner program. Her ICU experience includes 12 years of burn experience at both UCH and Parkland Memorial Hospital – Dallas, TX. Julie’s long-term interest with burn victims continues as she provides comprehensive care as a nurse practitioner for the burn program.
