Free dental exam & screening with possible FREE FILLINGS and compensation for time

The University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine is seeking patients for our students' National Board Exams. You will receive a free screening examination and x-rays to determine if you qualify. There's no appointment necessary - just show up at one of the screening dates listing below.

If you qualify, you could receive a free cleaning or up to two free fillings plus compensation for your participation.

Qualifying Criteria:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have most of your back teeth
No known latex allergy or Type I Diabetes
Must be available when board exams take place: February 20, 2010; or March 20-22, 2010
Emergency needs to NOT qualify. No dentures or extractions will be covered.

Screening Dates:
January 13 and 27; February 3; and March 3, 2010 from 5-7 pm. Please arrive promptly at 5.
