Research Interests:
I am currently working on the characterization of a novel gene, Inca, and its role in craniofacial biology. Inca is a downstream target of AP-2alpha, an important family member of transcription factors essential for proper development. My research goal is to create a knockout mouse of Inca and to assess its role in developmental biology.
General Interests:
Art, photography, and my dog, Coda.
