All students will:

1. perform an Anxiety/Co-morbid Anxiety visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
2. perform a Bipolar Illness or Major Depression visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
3. perform a Co-morbid Chronic Medical Problems visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
4. perform a Schizophrenia visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
5. perform a Sleep Disorder/Co-morbid Sleep Disorder visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
6. perform a Substance Abuse/Co-morbid Substance Abuse visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
7. perform a Suicidal and/or Homocidal visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
8. perform an ADHD Screen visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
9. perform an Alcoholism/Drug Abuse Screen visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
10. perform an Anxiety Disorders Screen visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
11. perform a Culture Screen visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
12. perform a Depression/Hypomania/ Psychosis Screen visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
13. perform a Draw Family Tree visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
14. perform an Eating Disorders Screen visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
15. perform an Epworth Sleepiness Scale visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
16. perform a Family Violence Screen visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
17. perform a HIV Risk Factors Screen visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
18. perform a Mini Mental State Exam visit in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
19. provide Patient Education in the in-patient or out-patient setting.
