Weekly didactic small-group lectures/discussions in both anesthesiology and surgery
- Compiled standard lectures (PowerPoint) based upon competencies will be distributed to all site directors. They will also be available on the Web so that they are readily available to the students, regardless of sites. This should help guide learning and facilitate small-group discussions.
- Faculty development to make sure that all topics are covered at every site
Didactics (weekly Surgery Grand Rounds, weekly Morbidity/Mortality conference, weekly Anesthesiology Grand Rounds, weekly tumor board, weekly case-based or topic presentations by faculty or residents).
