Cancellation Policy

Registrations will be cancelled automatically if payment in full is not received by June 30th.

Refund requests made prior to the June 30th registration deadline will be refunded at a 100% level.

Due to the need to have an accurate count for planning purposes, no refund requests will be processed after June 30th.
