Hotel Reservations/Accommodations
We have secured a block hotel reservation for ALL conference attendees at the Silvertree Hotel
of Snowmass Village. The room rate is $135.00/night for both
single and double occupancy. There is an extra person charge of $25.00 per
person/per night.
Once you have registered for the conference, please call the Central Reservation
Service for the Silvertree Hotel at (800-525-9402) or dial the hotel direct at
(970-923-3520) and identify yourself to the reservation department as attending
the
MD/PhD National Conference.
You MUST call the Silvertree to reserve your room!
The hotel check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. The hotel will make
every effort to accommodate guests who arrive early or depart later than the
official times.
Airfare Deal
United Airlines is the official airline of the MD/PhD Conference in Snowmass,
CO. If you or your travel agent call United's toll-free number (1-800-521-4041)
to book your reservations, you will receive a 5% discount off the lowest
applicable discount fare, including First Class, or a 10% discount off mid-week
coach fares, purchased 7 days in advance. An additional 5% discount will apply
when tickets are purchased at least 60 days in advance of your travel date.
Discounts also apply on Shuttle by United and United Express. Call United's
Specialized Meetings Reservation Center at 1-800-521-4041 to obtain more
information on this special offer. Make sure you refer to our Meeting ID Number
515BE. United reservation agents can handle your calls between 8 AM and 10 PM
eastern standard time.
