Colorado Trust The Colorado Trust, whose mission is to advance the health and well-being of the people of Colorado ,.was established as an independent foundation in 1985 and endowed with $191 million from the proceeds of the sale of PSL Healthcare Corporation. Over the past 20 years, the foundation has provided grant support to nonprofit organizations and governmental entities in every Colorado county. Colorado Rural Health Center
The Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC) is an independent, non-profit, membership-based organization that serves as the State Office of Rural Health for Colorado . The center offers programs and services to ensure that rural communities have access to adequate healthcare. The Colorado Rural Health Center provides i nformation, education, linkages, and tools including seed grants. In 2005/2006, the Colorado Rural Health Center has provided funding for our suture workshops and has sponsored many Rural Grand Rounds speakers. www.coruralhealth.org
National Western Stock Show
The mission of the National Western Stock Show is to preserve the western lifestyle by providing a showcase for the agricultural industry through its emphasis on education, genetic development, innovative technology and offering the world's largest agricultural marketing opportunities. The NWSS provides and annual scholarship for one of our students and for a Family Medicine resident. Anschutz Family Foundation
The Foundation supports Colorado nonprofit organizations that assist people to help themselves while nurturing and preserving their self-respect. The Foundation encourages endeavors that strengthen families and communities and advance individuals to become productive and responsible citizens. There is a special interest in self-sufficiency, community development and programs aimed at the economically disadvantaged, the young, the elderly and the disabled.
