How Can You Improve Your Digital Images?
Did you know that if you have Microsoft Office 2003 installed on your PC, Microsoft automatically installs its own PhotoShop-type program? The program is called Microsoft Office Picture Manager. With this program, you can change the brightness and contrast of images, adjust the color, crop, rotate and flip, remove red eye, resize, and compress image files.
To use Picture Manager (if you have Office 2003 on your PC), go to Start, Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Office Picture Manager. When you open Picture Manager, it defaults to open pictures from your My Pictures folder (found in My Documents). You can select any of the images in that folder, or you can browse to find images stored elsewhere.
If you do not have Microsoft Office 2003 installed on your office machine, please contact the SOP IT Department. We would be more than happy to install it on your office PC.
