Information TechnologyOSS Room Reservation Form
The OSS is responsible for reserving the following rooms only: Vincent, Gutke, PCLC, 004, 036 and Stehley. All other rooms are reserved by the Dean's Office, room 402. We can no longer reserve rooms over the phone, you must fill out the form and bring or email it to Beverly.Brunson@uchsc.edu. You will then be contacted via email to confirm if the room is available, or to inform you if it is not. Thank you
