Orientation Checklist
Once you have received your official letter of acceptance from the University of Colorado Denver School of Pharmacy, you are very close to being able to start your classes in the Nontraditional PharmD program!
Please return your Admissions Response Form as soon as possible by fax or mail to LaJuana Cotton in the NTPD office. You must return this form before your student ID number or PIN can be established. You will receive your student ID and PIN either in the mail with the orientation letter or by phone from our office.
You may download the current orientation letter to provide more detailed information about the following steps required as a new student. This letter will be mailed to you.
