Registration

Registration for didactic courses in the Nontraditional PharmD program can be accomplished by using the Web Registration system. Please see below for instructions.

Registration generally opens the second week of December for the spring semester, the last week of April for the summer semester, and the last week of July for the fall semester. Exact dates of registration are posted on each year's academic calendar. If you are registering for the first time, please read the information under "Registration for New Students."

Registration for the Fall 2008 semester is open and closes at 5pm MDT on September 5. Classes begin August 25. In the Fall 2008 registration letter, you will find information about:

Fall 2008 Registration Letter

Registration Instructions

    • Enter your Student ID & PIN, provided to you upon admission.
    • After logging in, click on "Registration" from the bottom tabs.
    • Once at the Registration Menu, select "Register" from the bottom tabs.
    • Choose "Extended Studies" as your academic unit, and selet the appropriate semester.
    • Enter the call numbers (NOT the "PRDO" number) for the course(s) you would like to take. These call numbers are in the Registration Letter (see link above for the current semester).
    • When you have entered the call numbers, hit the "Submit" button at the left. You should see your current schedule with the status "Enrolled."
    • If you receive an error message, check our page about Registration Troubleshooting
    • Click on "Registration Help" for more information on registering on the web.
    • Your access to eCollege for each course should "roll over" in 24-48 hours (not including weekends).

The Web Registration system is normally available at the following times unless otherwise specified: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to midnight; Sunday 11:00 a.m. to midnight. The registration systems (web and telephone registration) will be closed to access at 8:00 p.m. on the last day of the month and resume at 8:00 a.m. on the first day of the month.

Note that the online registration process does not apply to the advanced pharmacy practice experience (APPE) courses (rotations or clerkship), the online drug information rotation, or the credit-by-challenge submissions.
