New Student Profile Creation
As a new student, you must create an eCollege profile before you register for classes for the first time. When you create your eCollege profile, you will create the link between your UCD student ID number and your name in eCollege, as well as your password for login to courses, and the e-mail address at which you wish to receive class notices. Use the link above to create your eCollege profile.
eCollege Help
The eCollege Help Desk can be reached at 303-873-0005 or HelpDesk@cuonline.edu. Help Desk personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, sometimes they are unable to answer the phone due to high call volume. You may leave a voice message or e-mail the Help Desk; in either case they will try to phone back or reply to the e-mail within 1-2 hours depending on volume. If you leave a voice message, be sure to speak clearly and slowly: spell your name and leave your phone number. The Help Desk personnel cannot return your call if they cannot understand the phone number. If you have left a voice message or sent an e-mail, it does not help to send a message via another route, and may simply create duplicate work.
Please note: if you are "kicked out" during an exam, you should call the eCollege Help Desk immediately to be re-instated in the exam. The NTPD program has a standing policy with the Help Desk that specifies that our students are to be readmitted to exams without the necessity of contacting a course coordinator or instructor. The Help Desk's usual policy for other schools requires that Help Desk personnel get permission before restarting an exam for any student, and there are many Help Desk personnel. It is common for them to overlook our unique policy and revert to their usual procedure. Please remind them courteously about our policy. (Note that the course coordinator and program director are notified by the Help Desk each time an exam is restarted under this policy.)
