Registration for Rotations
Note that the online registration process does not apply to the advanced pharmacy practice experience (APPE) courses (rotations), the online drug information rotation, or the credit-by-challenge submissions. You may register for a rotation or credit-by-challenge submission only after your proposed work has been approved.
To register for rotations and credit-by-challenge submissions, contact Pamela Duval in the NTPD office. With your rotation request or credit-by-challenge submission, please submit the following forms:
- Declaration Statement (to be completed once, before the first rotation or challenge)
- Anschutz Medical Campus Student Registration Form
These forms must be submitted to Pamela Duval 3-4 weeks before starting a rotation and must accompany a credit-by-challenge portfolio or letter.
If you decide to withdraw from a rotation, you must submit a Course Withdrawal Form. Please refer to the NTPD Student Bulletin for information about deadlines for withdrawing from rotations.
