Graduation Information

Congratulations on reaching the point of anticipating graduation from the Nontraditional Pharm.D. program! This section of the Web site will provide information to help you plan for graduation, how to participate in the on-campus graduation ceremonies, and what to do to receive your diploma, whether or not you attend the commencement exercises.

Planning for Graduation: Check your eligibility for graduation and submit a diploma application.
Commencement Exercises: Read detailed information about participating in the graduation celebrations and UCHSC campus commencement exercises in May each year.

Graduation Checklist: Use this checklist to make sure you complete all necessary steps for graduation:

• Order cap and gown from Willsie Co. Our office will pick up your regalia for you and have it ready in our office when you arrive.
• Pay all bills. To view your financial account information, sign on at www.uchsc.edu/registrar to the "Web Registration and Records" section using your student ID number and PIN to view your account balance.
• Complete the PharmD Candidate Biosketch; return it by mid-April to our office
• Make travel arrangements. Contact our office for information about hotels and tourist events in the Denver area.
• RSVP for NTPD graduation lunch and dinner when you receive your invitation in the mail, usually mid April.
