Changes in the ALDH Nomenclature

A few changes in the ALDH nomenclature were made by the
nomenclature committee, some of which were suggested by Greg Duster. The list
below includes give both names--New and Old, along with Species and Trivial
name, so the nomenclature can be kept current. Old names should be
replaced by new names or at least cross-referenced to new names. These changes
will be updated in the the nomenclature files.
