Housing Listings:
The consolidated Anschutz Medical Campus and Downtown Denver campus of UCD now maintain online Housing Information at http://www.cudenverhousing.com
If you are a landlord wishing to list your property, please visit the site and register to begin! All students/faculty/staff at both campuses may utilize this database.
UCD does not inspect the units, nor does it warrant any of the information provided by the listor.
Additional housing listings can be found on Craigslist at http://denver.craigslist.org/apa/ for all rental housing in the Denver-Metro area (which includes Aurora). Zip codes which surround the Anschutz Medical Campus include 80010, 80011 and 80012.
Need to find the great rental listed? Try Mapquest for directions. The intersection to use for the Anschutz Medical Campus is Colfax and Peoria, Aurora.
ROOMMATES:
Please Note: the Anschutz Medical Campus Roommates listing service
is for Anschutz Medical Campus students Only.
List your Information (either as a Roommate WITH Housing, or a Roommate NEEDING housing) on the List New Student Housing tab on the left side of this page. Roommate listings are NOT viewable on-line. Lists are sent from this office ONLY to Anschutz Medical Campus current/incoming students requesting this information. If you don't receive a listing from the SAO after submitting your own information, please email Lia.Nelson-James@uchsc.edu directly and request the lists.
Use Locator Services to get information regarding local apartment and home locator services which keep current vacancy listings in Denver and Aurora - as well as a listing of ON-LINE search options.

Even a great lease can have problems - if you're experiencing trouble
at your rental property, Community Housing Services (a private, non-profit
organization) serves the community by offering landlord/tenant information
and referrals on housing-related issues and legal resources. No fee
for services. Assistance in Spanish is available.
