How do I make an appointment at the Student Health Clinic?
Appointments are available with the Student Health Nurse, Nurse Practitioners or Physician throughout the week. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Several providers are available during these times, but specific schedules vary. If you want to see a specific provider, call as much in advance as possible so we can accommodate your request. To schedule or change an appointment at the Student Health Clinic:
- Call the AF Williams Family Medicine Center at (303) 372-9797
- Identify yourself as a UCD student wanting to make an appointment.
- Inform the appointment staff if you have a specific provider prefereance. Please do not hesitate to ask for a provider by name.
- Make sure that you confirm your appointment time before you hang up.
