UCD Risk Managment is responsible for payment of services
related to an on-the-job-injury/exposure.
Report work-related injuries to Univeristy Risk Managment, and follow
Risk Managment protocol. Workers' compentsation coverage pays for reasonable
and necessary medical expenses from authorized providers.
Paperwork and Claim Payment
The patient must complete and file the UCD Employee's First Report
of Accident or Occupational Disease within four working days of injury/exposure.
