To enroll and find complete plan details and providers visit www.chickering.com. Click on "Find Your School" and enter University of Colorado Denver, then select the Health Science Center link, or enter your school's Policy Number 696751. If you are starting in Fall 07 you must purchase the annual insurance and enroll by 9/21/07 and will not be allowed to enroll again until Fall 08 if you miss the deadline. If you are new starting in the Spring 08 term you will have until 2/15/08 to enroll if you do not by this date you will not be allowed to enroll again until Fall 08.
