Mail Center moves to Campus Support
Building
The mail center at the Anschutz Medical Campus has moved from Building
500 to the Campus Support Building at 1945 North Wheeling St., room
T36–130A.
Mail services will remain available in Building 500 Monday to Friday
8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. until the unmanned mail station system is completed. Stamps
and metered forms will be available here until January 2008 when a customer
service center for mail services will open inside the Bookstore.
Unmanned mail stations are front loading units, similar to mail systems
in apartment buildings that give each department access to their mail by key.
Departments will be issued keys and continue to use the same mail stop number
as before. The unmanned mail station system is in use by all newly constructed
buildings throughout the Anschutz Medical Campus and will have both an intercampus
mail drop-off and metered mail drop-off.
Mail will be picked up and delivered
to buildings twice daily, once in the mornings and again at noon.
